The Emergency Hotline to Get You Home. If there’s a major family emergency (like a birth or death) and you need to go on emergency leave, your family must contact the Red Cross. They verify the situation and send an official message to your command so you can get on a flight home ASAP.

A Safety Net When Life Gets Heavy. If you’re dealing with suicidal thoughts, you don’t have to go through it alone. SAIL is a voluntary 90-day program that provides an extra layer of support. A case manager checks in with you, helps you create a safety plan, and works with your command and doctors to ensure you’re getting the care you need.

Got Your Six: Support When You Need It Most Dealing with sexual assault is tough, but you don’t have to go through it alone. The Navy’s Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) program is here to back you up. It doesn’t matter who was involved, or where or when it happened—confidential and compassionate help is available right now. Reporting Options: You’re in Control • Unrestricted Reporting (Going on the Record): Kicks off an investigation by law enforcement and loops in your chain of command. You get full access to medical/mental health care, a dedicated advocate, legal support, Expedited Transfer options, and retaliation reporting. Unrestricted Reporting Info • Restricted Reporting (Keeping it Confidential): Stays strictly confidential. Your chain of command is notified an incident occurred, but no names are revealed. You still receive medical/mental health care, advocacy, and legal advice. Restricted Reporting Info Need to Connect?
