Important Information for Japan Locations

All current subscriptions, with the exception of plans exceeding 200 Mbps, will be automatically transitioned to the plan that most closely aligns with the existing service. Any remaining balance will be applied as a prorated adjustment for the unused portion of the subscription.

This transition helps residents take advantage of new packages and pricing under the MWR program. If you are on a plan exceeding 200 Mbps, your plan and billing will remain unchanged unless you elect to make changes.

If you wish to make changes to your plan, contact your local Americable office.
